Echelon has been structured to make the home building process as easy and pleasant as possible for our customers. Beyond having a state–of–the–art Design Center, the Echelon team includes in–house kitchen designers, CAD draftsmen, design specialists and a full squad of customer service personnel to assist our buyers after settlement. In order to provide a home and experience consistent with Echelon’s founding mission, we not only limit the number of homes we build at one time, we also staff each Echelon home with only the most qualified and professional construction managers.

Our affiliation with our parent company, Schell Brothers, provides us with resources and buying relationships not available to other custom home builders. Echelon purchases direct from the manufacturer many of the materials that custom home builders buy through a reseller, allowing us to buy better materials at lower prices. In addition, the large construction volume of Schell Brothers strengthens our relationship with our subcontractors, allowing Echelon to receive the best service from the most qualified and respected subcontractors.
