Schell Brothers hosts Housing Expo & Handshake
Happy Hour

On Thursday, November 13th, Schell Brothers hosted a Housing Expo and Handshake Happy Hour for Realtors in Sussex County, Delaware. The event, which was held in the company’s grand 24,000 square foot clubhouse at Independence, acknowledged Sussex County Realtors for selling more than 2,400 homes in 2008. Chris Schell was the featured speaker for the occasion, providing a positive outlook on the regional and national housing market. The expo showcased Schell Brothers communities throughout Sussex County, with approximately 100 guests in attendance. Realtors were treated to free VIP treatments such as massages, facials, and manicures, along with the announcement of a $2,000 bonus for sales in Schell Brothers communities before the end of 2008.
