Habitat works in partnership with Sussex County families in need of adequate housing. We build homes with volunteer labor and sell the homes at no profit and with a no-interest mortgage. Thanks for helping us help more families.

It would have been impossible to build this magnificent home without your generosity. You are truly the most unselfish and generous individual I have ever met and I can’t say enough about the level of respect that I have for you.

As for the team that was assembled to construct my new home, their performance was remarkable. Their attention to detail and pursuit to build a truly superior product is a testament to Schell Brothers’ commitment to being the best home builder available. Doug, Keith, Travis, Gillie, Erica and Joyce are all true professionals in their respective roles. I must single out the efforts of both Doug and Keith though. I was so impressed with how effective Keith was in managing this job from start to finish considering his short tenure at Schell Brothers. He was such a pleasure to deal with during the entire process. I believe he has raised the bar for your entire project management staff. Doug also performed exceptionally well with this unyielding drive for perfection. His unwillingness to accept inferior craftsmanship from his subcontractors can be seen throughout our entire home.

In closing, I can now speak from experience when I tout the quality of construction and superior customer service that Schell Brothers offers its clients. You and your employees have made this home building experience a true joy.
