Project Manager

Project Managers run at least one large project or a variety of smaller projects. A successful Project Manager is typically:

Organized and detailed oriented
Computer literate
A strong team builder
Understands the construction process from bidding to Certificate of Occupancy status
Establishes and maintains relationships with developers, subcontractors and inspectors
Ensures quality control standards are met
Set schedules
Determine and maintain budgets
Approve job-related invoices
Ultimately responsible for project success
